Training Highlights

  • Training for 160 hours (classroom and OJT) as per PSARA guidelines covering all aspects of Security, Emergency Response, Asset Protection, and Firefighting.
  • Specific training for each area including security of industries, retail operations, IT and ITES, commercial enterprises, hospitality, and medical/health services.
  • Special training on intelligence gathering, safety and fire safety, explosives and IED's for enhanced service delivery.
  • Refresher/on-site specific training periodically to keep guards updated on latest occurrences and impacts.
  • Post-deployment supervision and operations to maintain high standards of service.
