M/s PRIVATE EYE SECURITY SERVICES was founded by the late Mr. K.B. Nair, former Vice Principal of the CISF Training College, and is now led by his son, Mr. V. Madhu.

Private Eye Security Services (PESS) was established in 1982 with a team of experienced retired Defence Officers and security-qualified civilians as a premium security services provider. This combination of ex-servicemen and civilian professionals has provided a solid foundation for the company, allowing it to deliver high-quality security solutions. Over the years, the company expanded its operations and in 1997, PESS Protection Force (P) Ltd was conceived as a private limited company. Both entities operate under the PESS Group umbrella and are ISO 9001-2008 certified, holding PSARA licenses to offer professional security services across various sectors.
